Project Readiness

Review the maintenance schedule and determine the appropriate timing for the shutdown and preparing high level plan and milestones.

Review, gather and prepare all the necessary tools and equipment that will be needed for the maintenance work.

Conduct a safety review and risk assessments to identify any potential hazards or issues that could impact the maintenance work.

Review, prepared outage lineup and assigned the right resources for the project.

Prepare outage readiness tracker and follow up closely and bring the outage ready prior project start by month.

Complete pre-shutdown maintenance activities, which include:

  • Review, inspect and test critical components of the unit, such as the turbine blades, compressor, and combustion chamber, nozzles and other turbine parts.
  • Review, inspect and arrange compressor special tools.
  • Inspect and check compressors parts, bearings, seals, and capital parts.
    Inspect & check turbines parts, capital parts & perform fit test like transition pieces, nozzles & combustion parts.
  • Review, inspect and arrange compressor special tools.
    Review, inspect, and check electrical and instruments parts.
  • Support outage event readiness and conduct Cold Eye Review consultation.
  • Support and perform rotor merging for gas turbinev.

Documentation and Reporting

Throughout the duration of our projects, we make sure that everything is documented and reported to our partners, ensuring that our activities follow the proper protocols, procedure, and rules of the country where we work in. We perform consistent site inspections to guarantee that our team and equipment are in their top performance to guarantee safety and utmost quality and efficiency.

Flange Management Standard

Our company follows and applies a Flange management system to help us control inspection, modification and maintenance thus giving the assurance of proper assembling and tightening of bolted joint during turnaround, shutdown, daily maintenance, construction process and any activities after this.

We use the standard Flange tag or Torque tag which indicates the status of
the machine and equipment with, green indicating that the machine had been inspected, yellow which stands for tightened and finally, the red which indicated the assembled and finished project.

Resource Criteria & Employment Standard

Minimum of 10 years of extensive experience in rotating equipment overhauling.

Minimum of 10 years skilled in obtaining necessary clearances as per protocol.

Minimum of 10 years skilled and certified in pipe fitting procedure.

Minimum of 10 years meets EHS requirements.

Minimum of 10 years skilled in QA/QC systems.

Minimum of 10 years skilled in using special tools.

Minimum of 10 years completed the Safety and Quality Training.

Minimum of 10 years skilled in using, identifying and handling spare parts.

Good communication skills both written and spoken in English.

Minimum of 10 years skilled in using bolting torque chart and can set torquing as per drawing.
